I am pretty sure most people already know my fetish for manual wind chronographs. I have been very fortunate to own and have owned many fabulous chronographs over the years so I can honestly give an assessment of their overall quality, finish, etc...

Having said that, there are standouts for different reasons but I have been quoted to say that I believe the Lange Double Split is the King of Chronographs for me due to it being a FIRST of it's kind and still never replicated by any other manufacturer nor Independent. Of course there are other exceptional chronographs as well and everyone will have a different perspective and choice.

Well, today I have to say there is a NEW King of Chronographs for me !!

Ever since I knew about the Sequential EVO and subsequently learning about it technically and functionally, there simply is NOTHING else like it.

BRAVO to Max, Stephen, and the entire MB&F team for making something truly innovative as well as being drop dead gorgeous.

ALL hail the new King 🤴 🙌

What size is the case?

Thank you. 44mm but the lugs are designed to wrap around the wrist and the rubber strap is UBER comfortable to due extreme flexibility 😉

Yes indeed Adam. The boutique is called Art in Time (Monaco) and is owned by KF Scheufele (co-owner of Chopard with his sister). My good friend Yohann runs the boutique and it is where I get some of these mechanical wonders 😉

I have always been a fan of visually complex or busy dials, and this one is amazing in that respect. Aesthetically it’s hard to compare to Lange, these are such different styles. Functionally I would think having the ability to time two events independent...
