H Moser Streamliner perpetual calendar

Sep 05, 2021,14:53 PM

Dear All,

H Moser just launched her 3rd reference in the series of streamliner.
I have been attracted by Perpetual One for a long long time. Perpetual calendar (especially the flash calendar) is the complication that attracted me into the hobby of horology.
As some of you may know, I also have a preference towards watch that is immersible in water or more practically a watch that can be rinsed under water.
Therefore this "simplistic" new reference is a perfect combination for me. As a result, I have placed a deposit in a new AD and eagerly looking forward to its delivery.
Please share with me your thoughts upon this time piece. Thank you!

Best, Henry

Although I am totally in agreement with your sentiments about practicalities of timepieces , I can't make heads or tails about the interpretation of a perpetual calendar by Moser. That being said it is a beautiful watch nevertheless.

Thanks, Centurion. Though it may take several months before the delivery.

Indeed the cost of a super simplistic design is looking too simple, as if nothing is shown on the dial other than the time and date.

Hey Henry

This new release got me to revisit the Streamliner family and I put down a deposit for the chrono. The perpetual movement looks very nice and sounds really well thought out. Have never seen a Streamliner in person, but I think I am becoming a fan. Congrat...

Huge congrats in advance,

Excellent choice. The watch looks even better in person imho. Very impressive movement and design. Lucky to saw it during GWDs last week ...

Beautiful!

Did you compare how this one looks on wrist vs the the 4mm center seconds Streamliner ?

Yes i did

The PC wears a bit bigger and is slightly more top heavy than the green centre seconds but definitely not uncomfortable . I tried to order a green centre seconds but all sold out till 2023 and they closed the waitlist 😢 ...

Nice pictures

This one is a great blend of futuristic design and classic horology, with a fair bit of fun added. What is the index at 10? a power reserve? Enjoy the wait, this will be a memorable delivery when the watch is finalised
