Finally

Apr 17, 2020,07:38 AM

I was able to capture smallest traces of blue in the almost black dial of my Moser Purity Perpetual Calendar.

I know: there are better photographers than me. But I have to take the smallest opportunity to catch this blue...

Thank you, dear sunlight. And to all of you: thanks for looking. šŸ˜Š

Best

Thomas

P.S. / Little note: This dial is so hard to capture. It is reflecting from almost every perspective.

Best Thomas ...

Fully agreed, superb watch but capturing their beauty in photo is a real challenge...

Searching for the blue...

out of curiosity, I just checked whether I ever managed a shot that captures the Moserā€™s blue. Not really. Still, a picture from the times when cities were still bustling and bars were open ... ...

Never mind! šŸ˜Š

I also like the black look of the dial at least equally. The watch fits your wrist perfectly I have to say. Best Thomas

That was Gritti Palace indeed -

just some weeks before the flooding. As far as I saw, they had quite some damage there :-/ Forza Italia ! You will come back!

I am sure about that!

My favorite Moser with my favorite dial. Iā€™m not a devout follower of the brand, but this is a watch I would like to own. Is the escapement always replaced at servicing?

Thank you, mpakalnis! :-)

I feel definitely the same. We have 3 MoserĀ“s "in the family". 1 Henry Double Hairspring, 1 Moser Pilot Heritage and this Moser Purity Perpetual Calendar. The "oldest" is the Henry which I bought in 2015. So I have no experience with service so far. But w...
