Good to see

two more young watchmakers starting out with such an admirable product. Reminds me of when Rexhep started his Akrivia brand with immaculate finishing and lots of black polishing Except unlike Rexhep, these two have started with a more reasonably priced product. I believe after having worked at Lange, this offering of theirs, although more expensive than the Richard Lange Jump Seconds and the 1815 homage to Walter Lange, is actually very well priced due to the superior movement design and finishing. A great first effort!.

Good looking! The small openworked area is interesting.

The 3 just about disappears, but the work below does look fantastic. I like the case and lugs.

OMG, I did not see that until you mentioned it, glass shattered!

I am sure thought that they can remove it if requested, especially at the price they are asking for :p

Masterful design

Hard to determine from the photos, but is that brushed steel on the dial? I’m particularly fascinated by the WG version, placement of the jeweled bearings on the dial are a gem to look at. Would love to see the movement and clasp. Looking forward to your ...

Unfortuantely, I do not have direct contact with the company but here is an article by Sjx that has some more information/photos of the movement watchesbysjx.com Hope this helps! ...

Actual watch in person...

There is much more contrast between the 3 and open works and it is not so distractive. I think it works nicely. Hats off to both gents for a stellar creation.

I see your point but I think the 3 can work as it makes the dial balance.

This dial should be seen as a ring and a transparent dial with 4 indices. It's a bit like Roger Smith's series 5 though the indices on that watch is smaller. Either solution will have detractors.

Yes, but those three jewels that look randomly placed—in chatons, no less?—and the one with covering plate with screws! … Perhaps the fellow who responded with the

reminder that the watch looks quite different in person would argue differently, but I'd say that the idea of symmetry is pretty well destroyed by the open window and these jewels. But this is why we must see things in person! And besides, what appeals to...

Fully agree

I hate it when there are medallions, numbers etc. on transparent plates.

It seems to be a growing consensus that the 3 is worst part of the watch 🤣

 By: Spencer Karrington : July 1st, 2020-02:33
However, all watches have a bad part and the 3 is not so bad as a con 😜

Right!! it is awesome!!!

The detailing and the finishing is up there with the best

I can dig that! I love flashy stuff so I am also in the minority 😜

I hope that they build upon this and create some more watches with interesting dials !

So true!!

The movement and finishing is the center piece of the watch!

Right, it is really beautiful and interesting with how they do the skeleton work !

Alot of skeleton watches are starting to look the same but it is interesting to see companies experimenting with skeletonization

Wow! These hands..!

 By: mrds : June 19th, 2020-13:46
I just LOVE the shape of those hands. The rest looks like very solid craftsmanship too. The dial doesn’t really sing to me, but that’s purely a matter of taste. Everything else I like a lot! Thanks for bringing this beauty to us! Something special. Best, ...

Right, the hands and movement and finishing is amazing!!

 By: Spencer Karrington : July 1st, 2020-02:39
I am sure that they will do some more interesting dials in the future and so I am excited to see what they do next!

It is really amazing to see how amazingly advance their watches are for how young they are

They started their company with a bang! I hope that they have the same success as Akrivia but they are not as tech savvy/instagram focused and I hope that they become successful via word of mouth
