than my RG DB25 maybe I should reconsider 🤷‍♂️🤔

I still feel the solid and simple dial is the best looking from a purity standpoint.

Finally after waiting for 2 years my DB25 is back

Long story cut short. I bought the watch and realized it had a dented lug later. Disputed with the seller but eventually had friends from the supply side stepping in to help set everything in order. Finally received and is now mounted on a very nice custo...

Thank you my friend

This is probably the only De Bethune that I can wear without risking the watch look odd on my chicken wrist.

 By: Mr.Gatsby : June 13th, 2020-07:51
There are other watches that have this problem with much greater severity. Thank you for your kind words mate

Thank you

De Bethune does indeed make beautiful pieces

Happy that you can enjoy your De Bethune after two years.

 By: Weems@8 : June 13th, 2020-04:37
It is a dressy watch. What i seen from De Bethune are flashy time machines. Not everybody’s cup of tea. For me, no problem with De Bethune if hands are visible enough and if a watch look like a watch and no overkill in wanna be too original. A dent on a l...

Thanks for your words mate

I understand how “flashy” unconventional looking timepieces can be polarizing. You either love or hate them. Between say an Urwerk or a Rolex submariner, I would probably choose the latter in a heartbeat

Huge congrats

Can't imagine getting what you really love but came out to be short of expectations and then have to really two years to get it up to par. But all the while it makes it that much more special when it finally receive it. Congrats again.

Thanks pal, really appreciate your words

The truth is when I finally received it back in the fold I had mixed feelings. The thought of selling it did cross my mind, but I just felt that there was something to be learnt out of the whole experience and I should keep it. I’m just grateful for the h...

I find it a tad too large for my wrist in all honesty, but as they say...size is a matter of perception. I’ve worn 47mm Panerais before

I’d love it if you could share more details

 By: NickO : June 13th, 2020-07:36
I’m curious why the whole process took 2 years? Did the manufacturer end up buffing out the dent or did you have the entire case replaced? What was the time between you receiving the watch and then noticing the dent? If that’s more than a few days, I unde...

Nick, I don’t wish to go into the details on a public forum

The people associated with De Bethune did a great job. It’s just more waiting time due to delays on my end, logistics, covid etc. But I’m happy the watch is back. You have a lovely weekend too and stay safe. BR, Gatsby

Graet watch, great strap choice.
