did you ever try to put it on another strap?... these transparent straps work great when they are fully integrated to the watch like on RM 056 or Spirit of BB... on this one I think case will stand out even more with full color strap...

I have and the solid blue rubber looks nice on it for the reason you mention. But something about the clear strap makes it look almost like a toy plastic watch and I like that. [nt]
