Grossmann places raised chatons in manual movements (e.g. the Benu). However, since the Hamatic has a swinging hammer the chatons might have to be flat/flush, Lange-style.

The movement and hands are phenomenal, but what I can't get over is how cool the engraving is on the dial and movement.
