That's a beautiful RD, and I thought long-and-hard about one....
But my anal-retentive self could never get over the way the hands overlap the "3" and the "9". If they had just omitted the 3 & 9 altogether, I'd probably be owning one today!

It's very deliberate
The eye does not encounter significant negative space on the dial, that's the part that's remarkable, the sub indications even reach over each other with skeletonized hands. I like it!

I am generally of the same mind, I haven't seen this one before but here somehow I think it's a cohesive design that works.
Honestly, I felt the same way until I got one and wore it. Trust me, under high magnification and on our computer screens we notice these small details but once on the wrist, that all goes away...
