Stowa: Seeking Advice
Apologies, but I'm writing because I thought that someone out there might have experience with the maker and be able to advice.
My friend has paid for a watch from Stowa several weeks ago, but they have neither shipped it nor responded to any of his emails asking to know about when it will ship. Before purchase, they responded to his emails readily, but after the purchase, no answers.
Does anyone know if this is normal? Or does anyone know a person at Stowa who can be contacted? As he's brand new to the world of mechanical watches, I'd hate for him to be soured by a negative experience.

Hi Chris, I don't think it's normal not to react to your customers. What I know about Stowa, is their good reputation in online sales.
Which watch did he buy, because some models are shipped after a few weeks. They send you an email when it is shipped, so may be next week........?? I bought a Stowa last year (Flieger) and it arrived after a few weeks, no problems at all. Maybe your frien...
