According to my limited knowledge, that should be a "shark mesh" bracelet.

A "Beads of Rice" or BOR, is more like this:




There are several makers out there. I think Staib is one of them. Search for one with tube ends for the look as in your picture.

Omega OEM Mesh bracelets are also of the best. For straight tube ends look for the ones for the Planet Ocean. They come in 20mm and 22mm. What ir the strap measure for your beautiful watch?

Also if you search a little more, you can find some vintage ones.
