I've been fighting the urge for many years, but recently picked up a carbon case Spidolite Tech Green. It's an amazing watch and if purchased pre-owned, they are a relative bargain in todays terms. customer service is perfect too. Enjoy!
Always liked LW, but could never convince myself they were for my wrist.
For the most part, having cases and a design that were (are still) a little bold they look as good today as they did when I saw them first (10-14 years ago, not exactly sure when). A generous friend you have. Enjoy the watch.
