What a wondeful event to be part of, i wish my country has these. It's always the boring product launch events. Never knew the pieve unique Kamine watch ever existed.

Wont it be great if Mr Kikuno was involved in the next project, one can only dream.

You may have heard about this project. You may have seen the picture of it. You may even have seen the result of Christie's Auction - "Ecole" version which is still the "School-graduation" level and the final pieces will get better/ different finish, fetc...

Great Post

Were you acting as moderator there too, or translator? You seem to have been up on the platform with big smiles ... Mike

I was just sitting there as a translator for Stephen. Wish I had my turn to talk!!

Great to read more about this important work for traditional craftsmen to be able to gain the necessary knowledge to work on fine mechanical pieces going into the future. Cheers, Tim

This is important for all of us!

Fantastic report, Ken. This has been a great project by these three great watch-makers and it's wonderful to see it come to fruition. And it's wonderful that you gave us all this information with your pictures!

Thanks for the detailed report

It's great to see Dufour and GF still promoting the project and the art, even though the project has been finished, given that the prototype has been done. Looking forward to more things from the team. Please continue your great coverage of these events.

Great post as always Ken!

saw mr Stephen with dr Cheong on 📺 last year talking about a Tourbillon watch. Very interesting topic. But somehow I never really see GF watches posted here lately...
