All retograde hands bounce

Have a look at this high speed film of  the second hand of a Zenith chronograph being reset to zero http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C9DIp3fWqmQ

In the UR-201 there is a buffer spring that absorbs the shock of large second hand returning to zero and it that spring that causes the bouncing action. It should be noted that that bounce is barely discernable to the naked eye. It can only be seen in the video because teh speed has been slowed down.

URWERK sent me this video so thought I'd share it with everyone. Enjoy! Cheers, Anthony...

Is that hand supposed to bounce like it does in the video?

I'm confused. The video pans around the watch but doesn't seem to show it running, then when it does, the hand bounces back and forth a few times. What am I missing? Hmmmm Cazalea

Beautiful all around
