The dial here is made with traditional method of silver plating by friction which results in fine grain texture. All markers including logo on the dial are engraved first then filled with lacquer
It's like that on other Hamatics as well.
But it does seem like they engraved the Roman "IV" right side up, instead of upside down like it typically is.
