Laurent Ferrier Tourbillon Double Spiral. A delicious moment.

I am not a huge fan of Tourbillons, but there are some exceptions. Here is a very nice one, with a 40 mm steel case, a sublime manual winding movement, and, cherry on the cake, a top white enamel dial. I let you judge by the pictures: The dial, in all its...

Very lucky...

My favorite kind of tourbillon...

 By: mdg : September 14th, 2019-18:28
...one that is hidden : )

+1. Same for me, too. [nt]

The dial and the movement are just to die for. And as always your watch photographs are very well executed.

Excellent LF my friend .

But I would remove the caption on the dial, not sure how it looks in person. Although subtle, not necessary IMO.

very elegant [nt]

Merci, amico. [nt]

I wholeheartedly agree with both points

Iā€™m not a great fan of Tourbillons, except in a few instances- this being one of them. This movement is a spectacular sight with an elegant architecture and complimented with the enamel dial. A perfect and complete package.

im also not typically into Tourbillons....

However this watch reminds of the reasons that I do like the Patek Gondolo 5101P....

Big plus for not exposing the tourbillon through the dial!

 By: jleno : September 20th, 2019-12:23
Does anyone else do that apart from Patek?

Yes, what I think. [nt]
