Well, since you asked!
I am hopelessly infatuated with the sapphire LaFerrari. Having handled it, I know first hand that no photos will ever do it justice. I feel this piece represents the pinnacle of Hublot design and technical achievement. 
Since trying on the prototype in Nyon several years back, the Oceanographic 1000 has remained on my wish list. Even though I do own the Titanium 4000m, I still think there's room in my heart for the 1000m.
I also struggle to choose between the Magic Gold Big Bang Unico and the All Black version. I feel the Big Bang Unico in Magic gold represents the best in everything Hublot does in a more traditional watch format (Than LaFerrari). The All Black is simply a heart stopped.
Finally, my choice ultimately would have to go to the original King Power All Black. THIS was the watch that turned me on to Hublot, and changed my life (seriously) by bringing me into the world of watches and the collectors community. I felt very fortunate to acquire this piece and my lust for it has never wavered.

It was quite a battle to get it when it was new as Hublot didn’t make the full number.
