Hi all,

Many thanks for your kind words of encouragement to stick with the plan and wait for the replacement Sapphire Spirit of Big Bang.

Just received it and it looks marvellous - and am proudly wearing it. On top of that, Hublot kindly provided me a 5 year warranty for my difficulties - and it provides me additional peace of mind.

Kudos to the Hour Glass for managing this closely - I am enjoying the watch much so far and hope to have a lasting positive experience with this watch!
