More details about Hublot Red Ceramic

Thanks for the update with more technical details than I could reveal in my previous article elsewhere.

All those years ago, during a visit to Hublot Manufacture, Mr Biver revealed the quest, in confidence. He wanted a Ferrari Red ceramic as they had a business association with that storied Italian brand.
The colour changes from sintering process made it impossible at that time.
Other watch brands like Bell & Ross also tried to make red ceramic.

As I stated before the recent Baselworld trade show:

No doubt the final pricing will be revealed at this month’s Baselworld 2018 trade show. It doesn’t really matter because the inaugural 500 pieces will sell out like red hot cakes!

Then, we can look forward to a slew of rainbow vibrant colours of Hublot Big Bang Unico watches….
