Horological Meandering

Yes, Arnold and Son's model TB88

It is a modern interpretation of John Arnold's marine chronometer from almost 250 years ago.  It has a 100 power reserve, with a true beat seconds hand, and 11 millimeter wide balance wheel.  Although it doesn't offer many features it is a delight to observe, and I really like the history associated to this watch, especially the need for a true beat seconds hand that allowed mariners to accurately navigate the high seas.
