Based on your premise, the only way a customer is to be treated well is if they provide proof that they are a serious customer walking into the store. first, your business model is in now way even close to a store, so why it would remind you of that is beyond me.

I made a general statement about appreciating members and that I am sure all members deserve to be appreciated, similar to what you stated in your response. My suggestions were merely that. suggestions. I dont want to tell you how to run the site except that members are valuable so to come out and say that we should stop complaining or ask for clarification on the circumstances surrounding the forum closure because we don't pay for the site is absurd.
