Who makes the better Chronograph??
I think JLC does. It certainly has a more elaborately crafted case. The owner has the option of exchanging straps/bracelets. Between the 2 shown the JLC has a more precise movement and buttery smooth winding. The Daytona is a great watch too although I think it’s overhyped. Just my 2 cents after owning these two over the last few years. Would love to hear everyone else’s thoughts.

I totally agree with Nico and the Duomètre...
... and I really like Girard Peregaux's chronographs. A chronograph is all about readability, so on the two shown, I would go for the JLC, although the hour and minute main hands could do with a pointy end. Best, E.
Is this a thing with JLC?
The only used watch I got was a jlc... it is now 20 year old. I have never serviced it, unsure the service status when I got it over a decade ago. Actually going to be sending it in the coming weeks. Regards, Kevin

Not really special, rare, unique or interesting and they made it for decades. You see them everywhere, and everyone you meet has see one, been in one or owned one. It is just like a Daytona in so many ways; a really good functional version of that object....
