My preference is B - separate dial..
for the 2nd time zone. This to me is intuitively easier to read at a glance. The world time layout is more for a “geographical” use, I.e. useful to at a glance the time of different cities/zones relative to local time. This is just my personal take.... /W...

This would be my go to watch when traveling across

While I don’t own one, a separate legible sub-dial for home time would be my preference.
In practice it’s a GMT I’ve used when needed. Although for me a “travel watch” is something else, usually defined by versatility. Can I wear it with a suit/business casual and shorts and t-shirt.
