Hi,
it's a trademark/reg. name for an early stainless steel alloy.
Another example would be "Staybrite Steel" or "Nirosta"..... there are many examples.
In early 20th. century the invention of stainless steel was something really special and
due to the difficulties working with this material (i.e. in those early times) was marketed as
something really special (and indeed was...).

BTW, nice examlle of an Aero Compax - and obviously original dial.
Those cases were very proone to immigrating humidity and dust and that's one of the
reasons it's almost impossible to find one in really good shape.
