The IWC is not my taste. However we come (as always) at the 1 million dollar's question: Royal Oak vs Nautilus, which is better/more charming. I think that we could continue forever discussing about it😂
Anyway my choices are: 1)AP 2) PATEK 3)IWC
I prefer AP to PATEK only because it was the first luxury watch in steel so it really represents a milestone. Design wise both are beautiful in their own way.

Don’t like the IWC at all, not much fussed on no seconds hands at the best of times… I’ll take the VCO 47040 or the GP Laureato.

The IWC for me as it appears to be the least commonly seen, which matches with the probability of my being stuck on a deserted island with any one of them!

...if only for the movement. But in a desert island situation, one must take into account water resistance...who wins that battle?
if the IWC in question is the rare ref 1832 from the 70's made to 280 examples in steel with the 8541 es movement based on the 8541b then IWC .No AP and no Patek for me.
Technically the IWC is superiorto the two others. The 8541b is superior to the AP 2120 based on the jlc 920 because of the pellaton winding system, finish wise perhaps less nicer than the patek but much more resistant to magnetism and the value of the rar...
