Has working from home changed your watch wearing habits?

 By: rnaden : February 22nd, 2021-23:59
Working at home for what would be a full year in the next two weeks due to covid 19 changes. Sometimes I like it and sometimes I just miss having colleagues around for the chats, debates and coffee breaks. I’ve found myself going from one watch a week whe...

A good philosophy to operate by

The main difference is that I often change watches throughout the day.

It relieves the monotony of being home for 11+ Months. Being surrounded by my watches while being in the house all day long has certainly made me more interested in all of them

I just realized that being at home....

We can do the Nick Hayek thing with multiple watches and the only people to witness it would be those who already think we’re mad anyway and have accepted that

I found myself wearing a watch much less frequently when working from home. When I’m in the office I’m wearing a watch but now on weekends and when wfh, I’m as likely to be bare-wristed. I guess it’s my new normal? Best E.

What causes the gravitational pull to those watches, if you don’t mind me asking?

Here's the reason

Since I'm home, I'm spending a lot more time with my dog - a very active Dutch Shepherd with a habit of jumping on me. So I'm trying to avoid damage to the more costly pieces

I ended up switching watch more often then before (different watch everyday).

Wearing my classic dress watches less and wear sports more
