Since everyone's hating on these, I'll make some favorable comments :)
First off, if these were official Patek releases in the exact same configurations, the secondary market prices would be astronomical. And secondly, doing something like this is one of the ultimate flexes as it shows that you are not only rich enough to buy a nautilus, you're rich enough to not care about the resale value 
In all honesty though, I think they look fine. Just swapping to a different case material, dial, and strap isn't a bad way to do an aftermarket job on a watch.
