Recommendations for a deployant?
I purchased a JLC Master Control recently, and the strap comes equipped with a pin buckle. The strap itself isn’t the greatest quality, so I don’t particularly want to shell out for a JLC deployant, but I prefer the convenience. Any recommendations for a good quality generic deployant clasp? I checked eBay but everything seems suspiciously cheap!

You said everything seems suspiciously cheap...You said everything. You should better be careful with a folding buckle... It is the security of your watch. So, to answer your question,

I paid fraction of that to replace my
master ultra thin deployant from the London boutique. Money well spent, especially knowing it came directly from the maison with my exact reference in mind.
I have had a good experience with RHD deployants
They’re better for thicker sportier watches but I suspect it might still be doable for your MC. The double fold with push buttons is the one I use. Hope this helps.
