Anyone experience the same?
3 of my posts on Instagram reported by Richemont for infringement of Cartier trademark, the email who filed the report looks like an outsourced company call Corsearch dot com
This resulted mh IG account was deactivated
All my emails to the reporting email address are not reply
And my disagreement to IG also no news.
I seriously don’t understand how can my personal photo of my and my friend watches can infringed the Cartier trademark
2 photos were not even Cartier watch but panerai and jlc!

You own the photos (and the watches), so what could be the issue?
The worst part of it is that there’s seldom any way to have them review and reverse their faulty actions.
Any human that may be reachable ultimately seems to defer to whatever the AI decided. That’s what I find most objectionable, and scary.
