some light on the Nomos brand for me? Been seeing a few around, here and there but maybe I am missing something. I am only basing this on what I have seen, but to me the seem to be a bit overpriced. Again I am only basing this on the outside appearance, a...

Hi I liked them enough to buy one over 10 years ago - still pleased with it . They have slowly evolved to where movements are now in house. They might not have high level finishing, but then that's reflected in price. I'd certainly consider another. Cheer...  

Aesthetically the design philosophy is classic Bauhaus simplicity which I find very attractive. I've seen many professionals here wearing them. I think the combination of the design, mechanical movement, and price point all compelling.

As a design philosophy, one way to think of it is "Form follows function." Clean lines and no unnecessary ornamentation.
