Take of the bezel, refit it and put it back on. It should be easy.

to remove the bezel. Probably the bezel friction spring is damaged and needs replacement (not too expensive to repair).

Screw well the crown and soak it in soapy water. Warm water. After a minute or two, start moving your bezel. This can happen after years of debris and death skin build up under the bezel. Good luck! René
