Oh this is a fun post! Thank you for this super humorous post!
I really like clocks. But overall, clocks aren't popular on WPS. So writing extensive articles on clocks doesn't really benefit the website much. But WPS has always been a trendsetter, and I believe that people will start appreciating clocks more some day in the future. So I don't mind writing about them, I like them, and who knows, maybe one day my articles about clocks will have made a tiny contribution to benefit the industry - both clockmakers and clock-consumers!

That's absolutely true! Resale is not on my radar neither. As I imagine clocks aren't easy to resell and I've got too many of them.
Clocks, for me, may be more a 'family heirloom' or 'teaching moments'
They can also be A LOT of fun to 'play with' if they've been designed as such For example, a great clock can help serve drinks... . . . . Or be fun for the holidays... . . . Of help fix other clocks... . . . . But sometimes they can be a bit 'naughty' (!)...
