Pajero, - I dont wont to translate it here, but you can not sale a car with this name in spanish speaking countries.
I agree with Nico, buyed in Spain and plates from the desert. A good combination, you dont pay tickets and you can do what you want. EDIT : I am wrong, it is a Pajero so it can not came from Spain. This is a Dubai car with Dubai plates.
