A quick google search results in what appears to be only a couple basic styles, each available from various vendors, all looking virtually the same. So it seems most are offering the same demagnetizer but at varied prices. I don't mind spending what it ta...

because its what the watchmaker had a the Patek Philippe boutique. I asked him what to buy and he told me that one. But it is quite pricy.

What should make me look into getting one? Are there any certain watches that require demagnetization? How often should one demagnetize?

It looks like the examples provided in this thread are just as varied as in my Google search! But it's good to hear from those I trust for honest opinions, so again, thanks to everyone! It's reassuring that everyone seems satisfied with what they use, reg...
