Always nice to see Longines watches with dials i like.

On this WatchProSite i will often talk with you all about this watch brand.

Ok, here we talk mostly about the high luxury segment, but i hope the direction goes to watches that are breath taking without a price tag have something to do at all.
For me, price doesn’t matter. The hours fly away.

It looks like they have engraved the back, so not like the prototype I saw: Thats a real shame in my opinion ...

One of my favourite watches from Basel this year!

Can't wait to try this affordable 38.5mm beauty. The engraving on the back is not ideal but this watch is all about the dial!!! For me, it is either this watch or the Tudor 58

I was told that

every dial will have different spots! That's good right?!

Stupidest thing ever [nt]

I agree, this is to perfect faked. I dont like the two different hands, i know that they are also on the original, but the minute hand dont matches with hour hand.

I like the look, and the size. About the spots on the dial, another step further to make things look cooler? Some may like it, some may not. I think they're kind of cool. Where is the limit for the fake stuff? What's next? I guess we'll see soon. Vte

I have so much love for Longines of old ...

13zn, 12.68, Tre Tacche, Greenlander, RR280, Neptune, Diver ... I sort of understand the re-issues, but how did that dna of old get so washed out?

Blame the formation of the Swatch Group in 1984 and Nick Hayek's positioning of Longines in the lower price point market

Read the interview with Longines' CEO on Fratello. Pretty sad IMHO. If Longines was still a manufacture of its own movements like the 13ZN it could be a rival of PP, AP, and VC.

Looks like they are now a company that resurrects old models.

Not really bad since classic designs are in demand.

I agree 100% with what you say and the pushed Omega higher.

I know a publicity for Longines from WEMPE about 1930 : LONGINES AND PATEK PHILLIPE - THE BEST WATCHES IN THE WORLD (in german lenguage). The point is the mental problem of the Hayek Clan, they want to be better than Rolex (never ever). This is like an ob...

I can live with the faux spots

the watch is the perfect size at 38.5 mm and does not have a date! The power reserve is also pretty good at 60-64 hours autonomy.

I like the watch a lot!! But those fake 'age spots' are just simply STUPID!!!

Who comes up with a failure like that? Listen, it is bad enough that the watch industry lacks the balls creating new innovative stuff/designs in the first place. So ok we buy tributes and fake vintage because apparently we are just as ball-less as the big...
