I was dating a model. I bought her a Baume Catwalk. We subsequently broke up soon after. We ran into each other at a friends photo shoot. She offered to give the watch back but of course I wouldn’t take it as it was a gift.

My small wrist is comfortable with 33 to 35mm sizes. My 7200R London Edition classified as a ladies watch at 34.6mm My incoming 3878J at 31.5mm although this was never classified as a ladies watch ...

That 3878J is a real gem in the current market Sham, simply spectacular! ;-)

PS: And yes, I'm pretty sure this was never intended or advertised as a Ladies' watch ;-) Cheers.

I was most fortunate Fabrizio with the 3878J

Thanks Fabrizio!

I have a soft spot for the brand and this is an exquisite example of their artistic watches!

As a gift of course yes, but despite the current (and rather predictable) trend towards unisex (all-gender?) watches....never for myself! ;-)

My girlfriend is actually a customer at Van Cleef (jewelry, not watches) so we often visit the boutique and look at their offering, and I confess that on rare instance I've been tempted by some of their artistic models....but never gave in yet! Cheers. ...

Very jelly of you and especially your girlfriend!

Yay......not as good as Patek or other watch makers lol 😂 and not something that i would buy from them, like it is not their expertise like how i would not buy an artisen watch from rolex lol

Beauty❣️ Many of thouse romantic and dreamy kind of vCaA watches! They really are the trend-setters in this sector.

Unfortunately 1) mostly very expensive 2) many woman would rather want a more neutral watch and 3) to your 2. question, from a society perspective still kind of unwearable for men… Would I wear it myself? No. Am I facinated about it? Absolutely! Also the ...

Interesting question!!

I have liked many women watches, especially those by Van Cleef but also others like there was this one Urwerk that was quite attractive and a diamond debethune (actually to my knowledge, currently owned by a guy ). I think it is a very interesting discuss...
