Foreword: The pictured watch is a prototype and some details will be improved. In particular, a plate is missing on the caseback and the contrast between the numerals and the discs will be increased. David Rutten claims that he was born in Belgium but I d...

Great photographs, thank you for the writeup. I've been following its development for more than a year now. I like its looks but I dislike that movement because of its association with CW even at that price. Had they gone with a Vaucher or some such, or e...

Sorry what’s CW and SH?

I too was interested but I do not know what kinda movement hence I am waiting for reviews.. on the other hand, it’s only 88 pcs limited. I worried I missed out too. Dilemma.

is Christopher Ward which now owns Synergies Horlogères (SH). In other words, it is essentially the same movement CW uses with a module on top as that too has two in line barrels and a five day power reserve.

Thx! [nt]

Honestly, I don't see why the CW context is a problem.

 By: foversta : November 12th, 2019-13:44
For me, the movement matches well the watch and CW has been a true partner with David Rotten. I can understand your point with a lack of experience or feedbacks but CW isa brand with a good dynamic so I'm not very worried about this point. Thanks for your...

Certainly

I'm not worried about things such as serviceability in the future. It is just that, to me, CW will forever be associated with their early days when they used to use design cues from Rolex and Omega. Perhaps they still do, I do not know. It might be a grea...

You, sir,

I perfectly understand your point of view, maybe I would had the same few years ago. Please, let me be more specific : For this project we had 3 options : 1) Valjoux clone, like Sellita SW300 (2892 clone), with a complication plate : everyone would have s...
