Looking through the shop window, and the shop owner fell the pasion and hope you could buy the watch someday.
When i was looking at watches far beyond my reach, i hoping i could buy that watches someday.
I could, but my brains were counting if it was necessary to wear an expensive watch, because there are affordable watches which are well build and accurate too.
What happen, i don’t buy that watches.
Years flow and my taste and knowledge changes.
These days i am more interested in how movements build then a Brandname on a dial.
Your collection, i like the Explorer. White dial and the GMT function is wat i like.
My favorite watch is an Omega Seamaster 300 diver from the later years. The change of the date window to 6 o’clock is a very good decision from Omega. It sits there were i like it the most.
And there are no mistakes made, it is wat the English people say, it ticks all the boxes.

An underrated brand in my opinion. Bought an on old 60s model for my partner a few years back that she still wears on occassion. Thank you for the kind words - and happy to oblige regarding the Pasha - one of the more less known Gerald Genta designs. ...
I agree!

I carefully considered the different options. This is is not the dial Genta originally designed for this model, but nothing says Cartier like Roman numerals and the dial is engine-turned, which makes it really interesting to explore up front. Check out th...
Thank you!

It is not a perfect specimen - dial has a small crack in the left hand corner and some light discoloration, but the enamel never fails to impress. My camera is not the best but here is an attempt to do a close-up ...
