Exceptional Service from Swiss Kubik USA

I ran into a Swiss Kubik USA Account Executive (he works with the distributor of Swiss Kubik and Scatola Del Tempo Products for USA) on a Friday evening, and the Account Executive asked how I was enjoying the winder.  I complained that the website wasn't clear about how the Bluetooth programming from the phone app worked.  I was told that they'd make a video giving me step by step instructions. 

The next day, I received an email with a YouTube video on how to program the Bluetooth!  And it was even posted on the USA website!

Now that's good customer service! 

It's rare to see such good service these days!  Je suis content!  Merci!  I am content!  Thank you to the team at Swiss Kubik USA! 







I didn't think of myself as a VIP customer as I'm obviously not a big customer!

have an orange startbox and a linley two watch tower. only thing i dont get about watch winders is why the holder isnt a softer material. wonder why they took over scatola, was told from two dealers not to bother since they had issues

I don't know why they took over Scatola. I didn't know there were issues. My 15+ year old Scatola winder still work well. My recent Scatola (that uses Swiss Kubik motors) is too new to have a verdict! The Swiss Kubik and current Scatola uses a semi-hard r...

SwissKubik celebrated a few days ago its 15th Anniversary! It is essential to note that the brand services each and every winder sold in 48-hrs or less!!

Let's say you've got a Patek Philippe model. Most Patek Philippe models need a certain number of turns, and usually counter clockwise. But most watch winders spin in both direction. Spinning in the clockwise direction on some watches do no winding action,...

And in a sense, I do appreciate their sincerity: all brands listen to their VIP customers (and often only to them), but most would say "We always listen to our customers" rather than "to our VIP customers"! On a communications level, chances are they obvi...

The promptness and speed of the reaction really quite surprised me too! Now, whenever I see this winder, I feel a personal connection to the distributor! That's a good feeling that's becoming increasingly rare in the watch world.

that's great Patrick! I was recently considering this brand, as I like the quirky Beatles, flags and other designs; but with them not exactly being inexpensive, was wondering what the consensus was on them....

I don't mind paying extra for quality and 'luxury' products, but demand a certain modicum of customer service. Nice to hear that this company is responsive, especially as it relates to its US customers. Glad to hear of your outcome Patrick, thanks for sha...

They're not inexpensive, and they look "normal" as they don't look extremely elaborate. But they have it where it counts. Highly efficient motors. Low battery consumption. Motors that don't magnetize the watch nor give off big electromagnetic energy. And ...

Yes, I've had three original Swiss Kubik winders which were sent to them for updates/upgrades. Excellent customer service to say the least and I am not a VIP customer...😉 ...

As the original model's software was outdated and stopped working. The new software is browser based and even includes a Chrome app/extension. The cost of the upgrade was quite reasonable as well. ...
