Very cool and a great write-up! I've heard that they will also take a customer-supplied pocket watch and convert it to a wristwatch as well.

... I fear that many of those movements will soon be dormant again. With 50mm case size, it is inevitable to hit a doorframe, table edge or whatever else with the watch. All moving parts have much more mass and inertia than their wristwatch counterparts, ... 

... to keep the watch away from any obstacles. I think it would have been mor interesting if the manufacturer offered a modern interpretation of the "pocket watch" theme. Marcus
