Children & their protectors. A Staffordshire Bull Terrier (with his own pillow) & a Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy. Not very hygienic, but safe.
My wife and I used to sleep with our dachsund

I’m very jealous of your success: I tried to let our “protector” - a 9lbs Cornish Rex - sleep with us one time. But all the lil shit wanted to do was purr and lick my ribs. And cat tongue on your ribs all night is not a pleasing experience. Never again. 😀...
