Bracelets??

Thank you for this great post!

For me a bracelet is very important and I find the current bracelets actually pretty boring.
Most brands seem to choose for the same option; the large buckle and for a few years even with pushers.

Cartier used to be for many years the winner, they always had the most stunning bracelets with blind closures,
like the Pasha Figaro on the left and the Panthere.
But unfortunately, that's not anymore, La Maison uses a more boring type of link and started to use pushers as well,
while for a decade, all bracelets opened without the use of pushers.

The winner for the current collections is the Bvlgari Octo Finissimo bracelet. Very thin links, easily adjustable, no pushers,
and a tiny engraving for the logo. I find this bracelet very good looking and extremely comfortable.

And at last, the Apple bracelet needs to be mentioned, where the inside of the buckle sinks in the bracket itself,
A very smart solution that Bvlgari adopted for their Octo Finissimo bracelet. Apple uses pushers, but they are integrated in the buckle
that opens in the middle.

Rolex uses an almost blind closure on their gold bracelets, the Day-Date for instance and I find those also
very attractive.

Sorry for the grainy picture; I wish you all a great weekend,

GEO

Bracelet...which of is your favourite? (You can add other types that is not included here)

My favourite in order : 1. Jubilee - its just an epitome of classic, beautiful and comfort. Catches lights and reflect them out of this world. Negative : not so easy to self-adjust. 2. IWC pilot' beads of rice - masculine but not over the top. Easy DIY ad...

I've handled it and very silky smooth. Unfortunately the width is too large for my wrist.

thanks Nico. Do you mean omega seamaster PO, Bond, or speedmaser style?

The only bracelet from Omega which does not impress me is the Globemaster's bracelet. Thats why I choose the strap version.

Speedmaster. [nt]

I second the Presidents Bracelet.. by far the best looking bracelet in the game but out of budget as well. The VC Overseas I would say is probably my favorite looking bracelet on I watch I can obtain and that is on my wish list. Rolex's Oyster bracelet is...

Overseas bracelet is very sharp looking and really match the case

Still out of my budget though.

#1 is the Speedy Pro in the middle, #2 is Jubilee.

Those are my two favorites. The Oyster would be a distant #3, with the others behind that. I've always found those Speedy Pro bracelets to be really comfortable as well as pleasing to the eye.

Thanks for your opinion. The speedy bracelet is the best in omega line-up.

Better than PO or Bond in my opinion. I wish omega would change the bond bracelet to the speedy style, but I think it ain't happens.
