Best independent case repair / restoration in the world?
Looking for the best independent firm to do some case repair (including laser welding) on my Patek. For various reasons, I don’t want to bother with Patek itself.
Who are the very best in the world, irrespective of cost or location? Anyone really top-notch in the U.S.? Los Angeles Watchworks and Rolliworks are Rolex-focused and can’t do the job (I already asked).
There are a ton of names that show up on Instagram with impressive work, but it’s impossible to make heads or tales of who’s really “the best”.

I know Classic Watch Repair led by Michael Young is pretty good as well...
I have had some Jubilee and Oyster bracelets restored by him and they turned out great! Turn around time was pretty reasonable, as well as costs. Having said that, I know they also restore cases and dials. It could be worth a shot emailing them your proje...
