Nothing bad so say about it. Most of their models are ETA based movement with soprod module for the complicated models. They came out with their own movement around 2 years back which is elegant but not at the the price point I would consider. Ballwatch was revived some where in 2000 or earlier in New York and shifted to Swiss (If my memory served me right). They changed their CEO a few time which included Big Bang CEO at 1 stage (if I did not get it wrong). Lume wise, it awesome fr first 3 years but it really faded away after that. My oldest ball watch ( Engineer Hydrocarbon II) is over a decade old and still one of my daily beater, despite it just came back from full servicing recently due to me accidentally breaking the watch stent.
You can contact Jeff Hess of Old Northeast Jewellers in Tempa, Florida, (just google him) he can fill you in on ballwatch.
