Yea I have my habits....

At home I keep an 8 day power reserve running, this watch serves as the go to watch (Pam 590), and I go through my watches equally or at least I try to..... some always get more love than other and some out of love don’t get as much wrist time...

However when on loooong holiday I enjoy taking a watch for each day of the week and I try and keep it to a well rounded collection for different occasion... I did take too many this year didn’t wear the breitling yet or pam183 b

But if it is a short holiday I tend to stick to one watch and one watch only!!! Usually a tool watch well most times.... here are this summers picks...

Clearly, building my collection over the years I tried to get the timeless classics from Rolex, Omega, Heuer etc... but also finding the less obvious ones you name like Mathey Tissot, Eberhard or Enicar...this is what true passion is about imo. i am alway...

I use a Tibetan astrological calendar and pick a watch in a metal that is said to work with or counteract the positive or negative major and minor constellations' influences.

that i do no visit the safe frequently (only one slot works for me - saturday morning). it is even a kind of frustation bcse i own them but can not fully enjoy all of them. i always adapt the number of watches that i take to where i go...only one in RSA, ...

. . . but have gotten lazy about visiting it, so watches tend to stay in or out of circulation for much longer periods than they used to. Haven't worn any of my GO perpetuals in practically a year, and even some of my vintage Omegas have gone without any ...
