Seriously, Doxa should sponsor you to maintain one with your collection. The closest I get to a collection are three watches from one brand but nothing nearly resembling the dedication and patience of acquiring one like yours Ever considered modern Doxa?

Yes, I believe so. I presume you did not read the Monochrome article. I am confinced it has a link with the gold plated Cousteau anniversary Aqua Lungs. Well worth a restauration. No serial on yours too I presume, just model no.

It has almost become a habit. In Souther California the Doxa sub 300 was dominant with divers as they were stringly promoted in the local dive shops. And the no decom bezel was super inovative vs Rolex which simply gave a simple time based insert. Bill
