Classic. I am not, sure but that may have sold me on the EWC as a great and robust watch, while influencing me to stay away from watch winders. Best, respo

winders from quite a few brands and one thing I do notice, is that you don't want to go cheap, at least not too cheap. I used to think it's really just a slow winding motors w/ a few electronics circuit boards, while it's mostly true, the quality of these...

Thanks to everyone for your responses. All of the issues mentioned are helpful. I purchased the STD because it is programmable. I do get a little concerned about the wear and tear on the watches but consider the trade-off worthwhile for my perpetuals. Hap...

I have had real good success with Orbita....I have a 6 programable watch winder that I bought a few years ago and have had real good success with it. I liked it so much that I bought my wife two Orbital Sparta winders for two of her watches for Christmas!...
