A player during the golden age of chronographs
From my hazy memory: I think they were incorporated in the 1920's with financing help from the Gallet family of Gallet watches. EP manufactured their own movements. Like Padj said, they supplied Gallet. I believe EP movements were used by Girard Perregaux too. EP took a beating with the quartz age and I believe they were liquidated and Gallet bought up their stock.

But this piece is simply gorgeous ! I especially like the curved, sweeping lines of the lugs. Classic!
