Many thanks ;-)

I love your Cartier too (and all Cartier watches in general. I owned a Tank Basculante with a rare see through back and a Rotonde Day & Night).

Yours make me think to the Vacheron Constantin ref 43040. Below a pic from the Hour Lounge website.

Best wishes

Alkiro

A little Maurice Lacroix Heure Sautante (jumping hour)... forgotten in the vault

White lacquered dial, blue hands, 38mm... nothing exceptional here but I love it. Alive again on my wrist now ;-) Best wishes Alkiro...

Jumping hour is a cool complication

great to see you "un-vaulted" this one

Thank you CC

Yes, sometimes it\'s cool to "unchain the beast" ) Best wishes Alkiro

Finally seeing the light of day :)

A nice feeling having a semi-forgotten watch back on the wrist. And a jumping hour at that! I take it some fresh air will do it good - not planning to return it straight away, are you? Btw. a sapphire case back?

It'll stay with me at least for the weekend ;-)

It has a see through back. The movement is the ML 28 based on a Peseux 7046. It\'s a cool little watch and I really love the jumping hour complication for sure. Best wishes Alkiro ...

Very cool!

A beautiful watch and a very cool, unusual complication.

And a great looking one as well. [nt]

You reminded me of mine too...one of their first Masterpiece series.

my first Mechanical watch. A brand I liked but their direction to a modernized design doesn't seem to gain much popularity. I'm wearing it today. See u soon. Rgds Raymond ...

Funny Raymond. Really cool you own the two tone ;-)

Well, about today\'s Maurice Lacroix watches, I have to confess that I\'ve a little weakness for the Square Wheel "Cube" and the Gravity. They\'re not so bad. You should have a look ;-) Best wishes Alkiro

I read about the Gravity and also wonder about the Mysterious Seconds...never had chance to see it...

Agree they have some nice watches, and I have the Maurice Lacroix Masterpiece Lune Retrograde as well, seldom wear and it's very minty Rgds Raymond

Same for me. I didn't have the chance yet to see and try those models (I'd like to see the square wheel cube first).

About yours, is it the one with a blue dial? Best wishes Alkiro

It's this skeleton guy...

Similar aesthetics indeed.

Some years ago, I wanted to add a Rotonde Day and Night. I was searching to various auctions to find an example. After a while I gave up and I went on. When Cartier reintroduced it , it was too late for me. Aris

Sometimes, I regret I let it mine go (white gold version) :-/

I\'m not a big fan of the new model with the retrograde moon phases. Best wishes Alkiro

Same here. [nt]
