“Leaky flask” also sounds like a terrible euphemism. 😜

Anyone remember this watch?

I had this and a copper dial too, but sold them both. A friend bought this and brought it back to me recently for a little TLC. Was it a TimeZone custom deal? I've forgotten. A SEARCH found a thread I posted on this 12 years ago! Cazalea Here's the copper...

I remember this watch ...

The copper version is a handsome piece.

I did some research - it was an RGM deal

They assembled the watches - as I look at it closely I see the dial deteriorating, better give it back fast ...

Deteriorating dial...

It wouldn't have to be watches even. It could be whiskey flasks!

Whiskey Flasks? LOL! [nt]

Oh yes! Remember the Urwerk Whiskey Flask? That was AMAZING!

Some of them leaked. They were made in very low volume (you can say they were all prototypes), so due to the lack of scale componentry costs were super high. No money was made by Urwerk nor Macallan. But that was a cool whiskey flask.

Way to hurt a guy!

I had one of those darn leaky flasks! Field testing was fun, anyway. And I got my $2000 back and bought a different "company bonus" item. Mike

I remember. I really enjoyed reading all about that flask of yours...

I was so sad to read you had problems with it. I spoke to Felix about it a couple years ago when I saw him in Geneva and I could tell that flask disturbed his sleep at one point. Even today, I still like that flask of yours. I'm not a whiskey drinker but ...

Yep, I remember that piece of yours!
