With some watches it's quite difficult...
...to set the watch in the way shown in diagram 1. On a hacking watch the minute hand is the critical piece for setting the correct time. Even when you set the hand directly over a marker there can still be backlash in the mechanism. When the watch is restarted this can cause the minute hand to take longer to start moving which means it can indicate a little behind the desired time. I find this phenomenon to be particularly present on the ETA / VJ 7750 chronos.
The solution which normally works for me is always to set the minute hand backwards to the desired marker, i.e.: go beyond the marker then turn it back. If you turn it back too far then repeat the process.
If this doesn't work (and it sometimes doesn't) then it may be possible to compensate by setting the minute hand a little forward of the desired marker. This takes a little practise to get right.
I too get obsessed by little things like this. Don't get me started on watches with bezels which don't exactly line up with the 12 marker, or chrono seconds recorder hands which are just a hair off the 12 marker after reset!

To come back to your question... I don't know if the 3rd picture happens 24h after the 2nd one but, if so, then I think each 24 h, the watches get 30 sec of delay. Thus each 24h, the minute hand stops half a marker earlier (cumulative). Otherwise I don't ...

When I look at the center hand, it's for the chronograph, correct?
Your running seconds hand is the one at 9 o'clock. It's connected to the minute hand, but the chronograph hand is not. Cazalea

I'm not sure I got your question 100% correct, but if I'm not mistaken you're talking about the minute hand apparently beeing "out of synch" with the permanent second hand of your Datpgraph? If that's your question, there are several possible explanations...
